Company History

Rock-Ola produced their first jukebox in 1935, and continued production into the early 1990s. Rarely the first to make technological improvements (Rock-Ola jukebokes still only had 20 selections in 1950), they nevertheless produced stunning looking jukeboxes, with a reputation for reliability.




Notable Jukeboxes

The 1422 through 1428 series, produced from 1946 to 1948, are enduringly popular, combining reliability with beautiful art-deco styling.

The Tempo series produced from 1959 to 1960 took their styling from automobiles. Curved glass screens covered the visible mechanics, and grilles were decorated with a chrome "V".
